My users are getting message to scan QR code from admin, but I cant see any such QR code in my admin account
Are you saying the message going to your end users was apparently from the admin account about scanning a QR code or any way you could screenshot and show the image here of that message, please? Unfortunately, I do know that some people enjoy posing themselves as another company and then sending messages out to end users to see if the people will reply back to them or try to follow their instructions.
So it might make it easier for someone to respond if you can describe the whole process that is happening so like user tries to open their Workspace Gmail app and a pop up shows 'please scan QR code' or something like that.

The QR code thing is shown when a "Google Work Profile" is being set on an Android device. It says that scan the QR code provided by the Google Workspace Admin. The admin is unable to create/see any QR option. Please see if you can figure it out.

I can see the documentation but really not able to understand the same as I am not a developer. Please suggest a option in Admin console where can I get the QR code for my students
Who is the EMM? I believe the QR code would come from that. Did the Android Enterprise community have any advice either on this subject? Do note this is not my forte so I wouldn't necessarily know myself.

I do believe there are other ways to enroll and provision a device that does not require a QR code if I am reading those articles correctly, just so you know.
