License recovery?

Deleted a user account that couldn't log in.

Received an Unknown Error and then account was locked.

Did the license for that seat die with the user or will that be recycled?

I'm on the Business Starter plan and there is apparently no way to contact Google Support unless I upgrade to a much more expensive plan.

All of the other accounts worked fine, so this is pretty frustrating...

You can see the status of licenses in the admin console, including how many are available vs assigned.

The article doesnโ€™t help. Iโ€™ve only got one workspace account, and the filter mentioned in the article doesnโ€™t show up in my filter list.

Iโ€™ve decided to just wait until the renewal hits in a couple of weeks and have it renew with fewer licenses because I believe that will dispose of any licenses (seats) that Iโ€™m not using.
