Locate a file using ID (using Google Admin Console)

Hi Community,

I am trying to locate the following file: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/19_Vyz9vJD2wepw9GccEvlQSQacR66fSIvfAy6X7GT48/edit?usp=sli...

This belongs to a former employee of the company, but we don't know who was the owner. Therefore, we are trying to locate the file, so we can grant access once again since apparently. this file is located under a Personal drive.

Is there any way I can use Google Admin console to find the file using the file id: 19_Vyz9vJD2wepw9GccEvlQSQacR66fSIvfAy6X7GT48

@checholin42 I must disagree with @icrew here that GAM will help.  This is a file on a personal gmail account so you may not be able to get the info you want.  I would make a copy of the file, move it to your workspace account, and institute more policies against having this happen again! -KAM
