Locked Out of Workspace Account

I had a free G-Suite account set up by a third party years ago. I did not know the password for that admin account and now have been migrated to Workspace. With no notification, my account has been suspended and I can’t get access to resolve the issue as I don’t have the admin account password. Any suggestions as to how to resolve this as I am a sole trader and everything is linked to this account.
