Locked out of my Google account

Okay I have a huge problem can someone please for the love of God help me this account hold s the story of My Life in it from legal problem so my kids' baby pictures things that are irreplaceable I cannot replace so my phone caught a virus and within the next day the whole phone completely was out of there I could not use North turn it on that phone logged me in and out of all of my account for Google so I didn't think for one second I'm on my part I know that I need to see at least write this passwords down I didn't even think about it so here I am locked out of my whole Google account and I don't know how to get back in I can't get back in it and I'm stressing me out can someone please help me I think I know the phone I know the phone number but I don't have access it because the virus destroyed it

Are you a Workspace admin, Workspace end user, or a Gmail/non Gmail non Workspace holder? Knowing would make it easier for us to know which articles to give to you.
