We recently attempted to move our email over to workspaces and signed up for the the service, after updating the MX records on our domain with the google MX records they failed to correctly propagate so we decided to check back the next day.
It seems we are not locked out of our workspaces admin console and cannot get in. We attempt to go through the password forgot flow but just get the message "Contact your domain admin for help. Learn more" - There is no way to contact support or get any assistance with gaining access to our workspaces admin console to complete the email migration.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? We have been trough all available support articles and they all point to being logged in to get support, but its a catch 22 as we cannot login to the admin console.
