I am an admin for a Google Workspace team, and I am looking for a good Ticketing system that we can use that will work with Workspace. Has anyone found anything out there?
I've worked with ServiceNow, but since this is a small company, I think that it would be too much for them right now.

I am looking for a package that would work together with Google Workspace. I'm not offering a position either, as I am not in a position to do that. I am looking for an application, not a person.

I am looking for a medium-sized church in the area with about 15 employees, most of whom are Bivocational. I've worked in ServiceNow, but I think that would be too much for them. I am looking for something they can use and grow with as they move forward. They currently have the free version of Google Workspace for nonprofits.
So it would have to be something that is fairly inexpensive but also allows them to grow.
It's very (very) basic, but perhaps Google Groups' ability to take and assign conversations would be enough to start with? And the price is right, in that it's built into Groups. Check out https://support.google.com/groups/answer/2467048?hl=en

Yes ticketing system can work in things like Parkings management and merchandise, virtual ticketing can help a lot in advancing credit management system in parkings enforcement e.g I would like to access eticket from my ANPR google play app for each vehicle attendance
