Lost ability to use our Google Reseller account and stuck in Partner Advantage registration loop.

Went in to our 10+ yr old Google Workspace Reseller account yesterday and realized that we have lost the ability to create new customers and add SKU's to existing customers.
Under SKU's we see "You are not authorized to transact on this Product."

When trying to add a new customer we get: "Your organization is not yet authorized to sell Google Workspace product family."

I am trying to register for the Partner Advantage program, but am getting stuck in a loop of errors like "Your company already has a partner account", "You can use that email to register", etc.

I have a support ticket in with Google Partner support, but am stuck on an existing customer wanting to add services to their account.

Everything has been setup under a reseller domain (ex: user@reseller.domain.com) and we have Super Admin rights under that domain.

Im stuck. Any ideas to help this along and try and regain the ability to use our reseller account properly?

Sorry, I re-read your post and you already know about this....

You may have to sign up under a new program:

Brian, did you figure this out?  We have the same exact problem.

Same problem here, some one has solved?

Same issue here. 11 years been a google reseller. All of a sudden ability to create new users is gone. Any one figure this out?

We are now stuck further into this process...

After singing up for their new program, having team members gain 'certifications' we have reached out to 3 'partners' whom either don't respond (2) to the signup requests or request irrelevant information (1) that does not apply to our situation and thus we are unable to provide unless we fake it (government paperwork).

We are stuck. Google forces us to use others as middlemen but they don't care to help during the signup process. We have been in limbo for months now.

Google really kicked original gsuite resellers in the teeth, big time. I sold workspace to my clients (google apps / g-suite) for nearly 15 years. I got on really early and built up numerous clients, with some over 40 seats per domain. Suddenly, the goal posts not only moved, the whole game did...

No thanks for your early support, no emails, just ended the ability to add new clients. As a small firm, it's not worth becoming a partner. I don't think they want small firms. I know the product well, have loads of experience installing, configuring and supporting it. Not a single complaint, but Google just boot us all off.

So, like you. I still have access to existing clients, but can't add new services, can't add new customers and prices creep up. They are happy for me to collect money for them with the customers I introduced, but not give me any perk for it at all.

I seek a reliable, white label service to use to add new WorkSpace clients, BUT i will focus on converting to 365 where possible and remove the money I send Google's way.

Google have become greedy and inconsiderate. Too big for their boots and forgotten their heritage. They started small!!

I feel the same way as you.

It's not just Google; I've had other businesses change the goalposts andincredibly it's rarely in the reseller's favour.

I've taken the decision to no longer sign up as a reseller of other companies services and act as an indepedent advisor. It feels like a way to take an income hit, but that was happening anyway, just not under my control.

I am encountering the same problem with my clients, and it is becoming increasingly difficult. I am unable to add accounts for my clients, which leaves me feeling powerless and frustrated. It is unjust to treat us and our long-term partners in this manner, especially after our 5-year relationship as resellers. I implore Google to reconsider this policy.
