Mailbox delegation broken?

Hi

I recently setup mailbox delegation for a couple of users.  All reported the same error.  I then checked one of the accounts where I have delegate access, and got the same error.

Anyone know if Google have changed something?

Mailbox delegation is enabled for all OUs containing both the mailboxes and the delegate accounts.
