Workspace Updates blog: Manage all spaces in Google Chat through the Admin Console 

Usually the updates takes a while to roll out, you will have to wait for 1 or 2 weeks.

For this It's given as "Gradual rollout (up to 15 days for feature visibility) starting on May 8, 2023 "
