What kind of functionality are you looking for exactly? Google has AppSheet which can do what Access does and much, much more.

+1 to Steve. Or maybe BigQuery on GCP (which also integrates with Sheets) if itโ€™s something more database-like that youโ€™re looking for.

Not a Google product and not free but Airtable is a mature online relational database.

We have had MS Access users try our Google Data Studio and find it very similar if they are using MS Access for reporting.
