Hi, what's the GWS SKU/License you have? When you say you can't use the settings, are they grayed out or is it a problem to push the policy to the device that device doesn't get them? Thanks.

problem is sending policies to the device, every configuration I make the iOS device does not receive, on android everything happens normally
in some configurations they appear supervised and also I cannot know if my device is supervised or not
Thanks. Can you open a support ticket on this? As long as user who enrolls the iOS device has the right license, it should get the policies. We can investigate.
