When you create or edit a post, you can add a label to it. The label search field and list can be found on the right (see screenshot below). Labels allow Community members to filter by topic and to subscribe to different topics. I have added the 'Gmail' label to your post, so anyone can see now that your post relates to Gmail. 🙂
