I have paid to late for my domain agasuitcase.com, my subscription disappeared and now my gmail doesn't work (I can't receive nor send emails) and at godaddy they don't see the payment and they tell me that I have to solve it with you ASAP or my domain expire.
What can I do?
I don't know the answer to your situation however I do find it interesting that where you bought your domain is telling you to ask Workspace to solve it since GoDaddy has an article at https://www.godaddy.com/help/renew-my-expired-godaddy-domain-5018 about how to renew after the domain expires.
And sounds like you don't have access to Admin Console anymore? Otherwise I would have suggested you see if https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213?hl=en would help you. The other only article I can think of from Google about renewing domains is https://support.google.com/a/answer/6152355?hl=en. It says "We can't guarantee that you can renew an expired domain purchased through Google. It depends on whether the domain is still available from your domain host. In any case, try to renew the domain right away. The longer you wait, the less likely that you'll be able to renew. As a general rule, you should renew within 3 days of the official renewal date to increase the chances that you can renew successfully."
@agas check the whois records for the domain https://lookup.icann.org/. Has it been bought by someone else? Is it still in the period of time you can pay and have it reactivated. Share the domain name if you want some advice there. -KAM
Agas did give the domain of agasuitcase.com and according to ICANN Lookup, domain is active, updated 1/31/2022 and set to expire on 1/20/2023, registrar info is GoDaddy, contact info is individual.
Did you get this resolved? I had the same issue.

Hi Agas,
You would need first to fix your domain issue. Gmail provides the DNS records to authenticate the domain and allow for interaction.
If Gmail stopped receiving/sending email could be due to the domain records being unaccessible until it is renewed.
I would encourage you to reach out to GoDaddy, while logged into your GoDaddy account and renew the domain. It makes sense that the subscription disappeared if you did not renew it. You might need add a new subscription to this domain.
After you are able to handle the domain registration, check if the DNS records are accessible and if not you may need to authenticate it again.
I had a similar scenario with another provider and I did not have to re-authenticate.
I hope this helps.
