My work Email cannot receive email

I have subscripted Google workspace for <PII removed by staff>, but i cant receive email from other?
 
Any email that send to my work email:<PII removed by staff> has been block.

Means my work email cannot receive any email from outside emails, so how do the technical support to contact me through email?

Hi there! I am encountering the same issue for our 2nd staff. We created 2nd email prior, then I changed the username and since then, it hasnt been receiving emails. I cannot seem to find any support that has helped me fix this issue.  Everything in the domain host is working because the admin email is working. But the second email is the one with the issue. Looking forward to support please :(:(

To be able to receive and send e-mails via Gmail in Google Workspace, please make sure that all these steps are configured correctly.

  1. Your domain is verified and mail-related records (MX, SPF...) are set correctly: https://support.google.com/a/answer/60216 and https://support.google.com/a/answer/140034 
  2. Make sure the user accounts have a Gmail-enabled Google Workspace subscription assigned to them https://support.google.com/a/answer/1727173 - please double check that the subscription does actually contain Gmail (for example: Google Workspace Business Standard does, Google Workspace Essentials does not...) 
  3. If 1 and 2 are set correctly, the users should be able to use Gmail to send and receive emails. If it still does not work, please make sure that there are no custom settings in place (like E-Mail routing, blocklists etc: https://support.google.com/a/topic/2683865) that prevent emails from being delivered to the user's inbox

I had registered for the Google Workspace services back in Aug 2022 and everything had been working fine till all of a sudden this morning none of us could receive e-mails within our workspace when sending to and from each others accounts. We could still send e-mails out to external e-mails. Then i decided to check with the admin console, and the support with help assistant diagnosed it as missing mx records, so i decided to check and the mx records are there still. When i deleted the existing records and reinstated the mx records and tried to activate, it still says the mx records are missing. i have no clue what to do and all our work e-mail is unusable for the time being due to this, please help, Thank you
