Need Organization ID and Json file

We are attempting to get some new real estate software and the company we are working with needs our Organization ID and a Json file from our Google Cloud account.  I cannot find this for the life of me - when I login it doesn't show that I even have an organization ID - is that possible?  How do I get one?

You can find your customerId in workspace admin console --> Account --> accounts settings.
