Hello,

I’m having an issue with my newly created domain (recru1assistants.com) on Google Workspace. My recipients are receiving the following error message when trying to send emails to my domain:

"No MX record found for domain=recru1assistants.com"

I purchased the domain directly through Google Workspace, and it’s hosted on Squarespace. I’ve followed all the instructions for setting up my domain and configuring the MX records in Squarespace, but emails still aren’t going through.

This is frustrating. I need help.

The domain recru1assistants.com is not existing. Are you sure that you provide the correct domain?

Hi,

I am 100% sure that recru1assistants.com is the correct domain. Please see the screenshot from Squarespace, where my domain is hosted (I think).

It shows as active, though I'm not sure what to do anymore.

The domain recru1assistants.com is not registered. Is there a spelling error in the domain name?

No, recru1assistants.com is not existing. In your screenshot, it is recrui1assistants.com
