Not Receiving Emails

Hi, 

I am hoping that someone can assist. My team is suddenly not receiving emails through our workspace email addresses, we are able to send emails but, unable to receive them. 

Our account is up to date and everything else is working fine. 

Please advise.

@rbenavente  Please make sure that your domain have a valid mx record pointing towards Google servers.
