Offboarding a user

Greetings to the well of knowledge...

One of the biggest issues we have is offboarding GWS users when they leave the organization.  Today, we need to make sure that a user's account is disabled  and removed from all Groups manually on the person's end-date.

Is there a way to pre-schedule these tasks at the point that we receive notification of a user's pending departure?
