I have an old Workspace business account but it has been blocked for some time (more than six months) due to non-payment.
If I pay Workspace on this account that has been suspended for some time, will I have access to my old files again?
Can you clarify what you mean by "suspended" ? Is this the status you see when you try to access the account ?
We usually don't hold on to non-paying accounts for extended period of time. So it is more likely that the account has been deleted.
Thanks Kevin. Any way to recover the mails? In my case, I wasnt using the account and it got suspended due to non payment. While my credentials/mails exist, I have lost all mails within that. Its a new account it seems.
@DeepakWAH To my knowledge, no. In your case, after 84 days, data wiping procedures have completed and recovery options are gone. Sorry to bear bad news. KAM
