Our workspace emails get into spam

Hi, we have 3 domains assigned to our account. Such as one as Primary domain, and other two as a domain aliases.

Every domain has a proper SPF, DKIM, DMARC TXT records configured.

But when we try to send an email, it goes to the spam folder.

Also, if I send an email from our primary domain, I see that all of SPF, DKIM, DMARC checks are successful in the "open original" in of the received letter. But for the other 2 domains, DMARC failed, because of some headers have different domain, than the header 'from' has.

Any idea how to avoid getting to the spam folder ?

From my knowledge Google doesn't support DKIM signing for secondary domains so I believe you cannot get DKIM alignment.  You can test your emails with each domain external to Google by emailing raptorloopback@raptoremailsecurity.com and in a few minutes you'll get back a technical test from that system.  You can look for the DKIM_SIGNED, DKIM_VALID, DKIM_VALID_EF and DKIM_VALID_AU.

If you are failing your DMARC policy, you need to fix that or change your DMARC policy until you can.  After that, if you are having deliverability issues, it's often something you need to meet with an expert and make sure you aren't sending anything people consider spam.
