Page not found when trying to login google workspace

Hello Community,

I need help with a new Google Workspace account for Jawadwp.com

I'm completely locked out of the Admin Console. When I try to log in, it sends me to a https://admin.google.com/ac/billing/interstitial/verifyidentity?snip=x URL and then shows a "Page Not Found" error.

At the same time, I received two conflicting emails from Google:

1. One email welcoming me to my 14-day free trial.
2. Another email saying my account was not activated due to a "possible Terms of Service violation" related to my payment profile.

During signup, I provided my credit card and submitted my CNIC for verification as requested. I've already tried basic troubleshooting like clearing my cache and using different browsers, but I'm still stuck.

My main questions are:

1. How can I fix the "Page Not Found" error and complete the identity verification?
2. What is the best way to contact Google Support directly for this issue, since I cannot access the Admin Console?

@mjawad  It seems like your account is not getting activated on basis of some payment violation as it is stated in the page, did you tried contacting the support team using any of the below options?:

1. https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/cases
2. https://apps.google.com/supportwidget/helphome
