Hi Workspace Fam...We just signed up last week for business plus workspace for 4 users. I've only activated my own seat, I'm also Admin. But I'm only seeing 2TB for my storage instead of 5TB. Anyone else experienced something like this and if so, how can I fix this?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help with this issue as I have the rest of the company heads breathing down my neck because they wanted to go with drop box.

@dkhiani In my experience, there are some limits that get raised after you've been on the platform for a little bit. Open a support ticket and they can likely confirm that you'll have 5TB per user pooled. I would also check https://admin.google.com/ac/storage to see what the pool is overall. HTH, KAM

I checked on the Admin link and it shows 2TB for the current 1 active user (me).
You mention platform limits. I don't understand. The package we got was for 5TB per user paid up front. Why would we have to be on the platform for a bit to access what we paid for? And how long is a "little bit"? Thanks for your help.

As for the limits, I don't really know but for example, I run into these sometimes on new accounts:

Ok.. thanks @KevinApodaca and @KAM There's no timely payments as such so I dunno what's there to ramp up, it's just the one payment (annual) made on Nov 14th for $864 for 4 Biz Plus seats. My billing cycle ends Nov 14th 2025 which means they've billed and invoiced on 11/14/24 but for some reason the invoice doesn't show a payment applied.
It still shows an ending balance. I was on a trial but then I changed the initial subscription to annual to get the annual rate and then when it asked if I wanted to wait till the end of the trial for billing or did I want to end the trial and activate the annual subscription now...I went ahead and activated the subscription.
And then under payments I see that they haven't ran my credit card because it shows this:
So I'm not sure what they're doing here. If anyone can clarify this it would help a great deal. It seems like only Enterprise customers can get a tele and PIN # for direct support.
@dkhiani overall I would just wait ~60 days after 11/14 and check then. Do you need more space in the meantime? -KAM
Thanks Kam, I'm not sure what your role is in the community and if you're officially part of the Google Workspace service team or not...and how you would go about alleviating my space problem. Of course I could use more space as I'm trying to backup my NAS. The 2 TB pool I'm assigned is still the Trial allotment as I have 4 users created...each with the Trial amount of 500 Gig or so amounting to 2 TB total pooled storage currently.
But what's more confusing is that my Workspace Admin Console is showing below that my plan is not going to be billed till Dec 1st.
I'm quite sure I activated the account and upgraded from my Trial (which started on Nov 11th) on Nov 14th when I chose Business Plus, entered the CC details, then it asked if I wanted to start right away or wait until the free trial finished. I activated the plan for right away and assumed it charged the method of payment but apparently it doesn't look that way.
Is there any way you can look into this for me? It's not showing any issue with the CC on file.
