I help my clients setup workspace accounts, these clients do not want the hassle of figuring out how to get their accounts, so I do it for them.
To do this I collect the funds required to an annual fee for their chosen account and make payments on their behalf. But this is becoming challenging as my clients increase in number because tracking billing is onerous.
Unfortunately Google does not allow payment upload to an account under trial unless the trial option is truncated for billing to start immediately - this denies the client the trial opportunity.
Explaining that the client needs to loose the trial opportunity offered in order for me to be able to want to pay the annual subscription on their behalf is awkward.
I want to suggest that payment to a trial account before trial ends be made possible for clients who know they will keep the account but want to avail of the trial period.
