Payments Contacts

Hello!

I have an issue making payment for my workspace which has been suspended.

PFA for the message I get when I proceed with the payment.

I have added the payments contacts and set them as primary.

But I cannot accept the invite as my email account is suspended.

How do the payment and activate the account?

When admin rights are added to a user there is nothing to accept in an email the permissions are automatically added.  The permissions that need to be added are Billing Management.  I just test with a user, received the same error, and was assigned admin privileges, and these privileges became enabled without needing to access gmail.

As long as you can access admin.google.com you will have the privileges applied.

I am not sure what you mean by set as primary, but you can create a custom admin role and assign Billing Management, and when they access the admin console they will be able to update payments.

I have given all the privileges and I made sure the billing management is also given.

Again showing the same error.

What should I do now?

If you just added the privilege there can be a delay before it is applied.  I would try again.  Technically it can take 24 hrs but usually it is quick. 

If it's still not working I'd try the standard chrome fixes

Try incognito mode
Clear Cache CTRL + SHFT + DEL
Restart Chrome Chrome://restart
Disable Chrome Extensions

If still no luck I'd reach out tou support.
