Persistent Domain Verification Failure for Google Workspace

I am unable to verify my domain for a new Google Workspace account. Despite following all recommended steps, including updating DNS records with both CNAME and TXT verification records and waiting well beyond the required propagation time, my domain remains unverified.

Google Workspace incorrectly states that the domain is already associated with another account, which is concerning as I have never authorised any such use. This domain has been in use for over 25 years, and I'd appreciate some clarification and ideally a resolution.

I have spent over 10 days attempting to resolve this issue and have found no way to contact Google Support directly. Could anyone provide guidance on how to verify my domain and ensure it is not been used elsewhere?

I got a little bit confused about your explanation.
You could add the domain in your panel and is failing the validation steps or you can't even add the domain to your panel because it is used?
