I'm trying to get a hold of someone. My account is a paid account. I never get an option to get a pin # so I can talk to someone. Very frustrating.

Please provide more information. What are you trying to do that you need to "get a hold" of someone ? 

By paid account do you mean a Google Workspace account? not a gmail or a Google One account? 

Where are you going and what are you clicking that is prompting you for a pin to talk to someone ?

If Kevin does not mind me chiming in, but I do know that sometimes describing the process can be hard and I occasionally encourage folks to share the article they are trying to follow and what step they are unable to do.

For example, to contact Google Workspace phone support if Enterprise Standard and Enterprise Plus, you do occasionally need a PIN according to https://support.google.com/a/answer/60233. So let's just say if someone was following that article and it was step number 7 they couldn't follow, they could say something like there is no phone number field however I am not being given the option of getting a number and PIN are not showing up for me.
