Pooled storage - Only 204.8GB Storage for Business Standard (2TB Expected)

I currently have only 1 license (Business Standard (2TB)) in my google workspace.

When I go to storage settings, i see that 0gb out of the 204,8GB shared pool has been used. How come I do not have access to the remaining of the 2TB that I should get with my license?

Earlier I also had a Business Plus license (5TB) which should totalt to 7TB shared storage, but at that time, the shared storage was just over 700GB. It seems that only 10% of my storage goes to the pooled storage. I have no idea where the rest goes, if it's assigned to my workspace at all, or if it's some weird visual bug.

Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello!

I too have only 1 Business Standard license on my tentant and is showing 2TB as expected.
Can you access in incognito mode and check if the informations is the same?

There was no change when accessing through incognito.

Is it possible that ~90% of the storage is "assigned" somewhere other than the pooled storage? I can't make sense of this.

Can you send me some screenshots about the problem?
Send me the total storage, the user licenses assigned and the licenses on your tenant.

This is the only license on my tenant, and it's assigned to the admin user. There was another user which had the Business Plus license (trial) but I disabled that one.
As you can see, this license is also on a trial, and will start paying for it in 8 days from now.

I suspect that the issue is that I am on a trial.

Pooled storage is granted in stages:

  • At the time of purchase, you get part of your storage. 
  • As you make timely payments for your subscription, your storage increases up to your total storage limit. It can take up to 72 hours after a payment for your storage to increase.

I am facing exactly the same problem as you.
I have started my subscription on 7 Nov 2024 and the available storage space is 204.8GB instead of 2TB. I am worried. Did you solve the problem? can you help me?
