Pooled storage limit exceeded

This appears to be a frequent problem, but I can't seem to identify what I'm missing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Squarespace Google Workspace Business Starter account, which allows up to 30 GB of pooled storage for each user. As a single user with 60GB of files, I am over that limit. However, this is not a new problem; when I originally exceeded the pooled limit, I added more storage via Google Drive for a 100GB subscription under my account.

Whichever way I look at it I should have space available unless my subscription no longer links to the workspace account....? Please help

You may upgrade your workspace user license from Starter plan to Standard plan which brings 2TB storage. That takes care of your requirement.

Note: 100GB drive storage plans which Google used to offer earlier are now stopped offering to Workspace Business email accounts.

Hope that helps!

So just send more money to google is the only solution?

Last year, I could spend $99.00/year to get an additional 2TB of storage for the ONE user when needed more storage. THis year it is spend 4 times as much for the same.

@jim114 regrettably, that assessment is accurate. -KAM

And the Tools to get Files from Google Drive or Google Photos are terrible.

Try deleting 7,000 pdf files. or 4,000 image files.
Try deleting 70,000+ Photos.
