Pooled storage limit not including space granted via google fiber

I’m on the starter plan and I recently got a notification that my pooled storage limit has been exceeded. But I’m also a google fiber subscriber which grants me 1TB of space. So when I log in to google drive, it shows that I have 1TB of space but, when I log in to my workspace admin panel it’s not recognizing the 1TB space granted via google fiber and is instead telling me my starter plan limit has been exceeded.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a way to get my google fiber account talking to my workspace account to resolve this?

@citizninsane I don't think these are related. You likely got 1TB for a consumer account i.e. @gmail.com with your Fiber account.  Nothing to do with Google Workspace which no longer has any storage add-ons except the 10TB blocks https://support.google.com/a/answer/12284220?hl=en
