Hi,
I followed the instructions using takeout to download all of my data, then the instructions for cancelling my subscription. I am now trying to delete my account but get the following error.
When I go to the active projects link, I have no active projects but do have the following two folders under my domain name.
When I try to delete these folders, I get the following error.
I am guessing that this links back to something in my Workspace Drive which of course now my subscription has been cancelled as instructed I can no longer access. Along with being unable to contact support because I do not have an active subscription.
Can someone please help me get my account deleted?
