Problem setting up Google Workspace Migrate via http://localhost:5131

I'm installing Google Workspace Migrate and I'm having a problem accessing the application interface at http://localhost:5131. The error follows:

The current page ('10.142.0.4:5131') isn't in the list of authorized Javascript origins. Refer to the Help Center article at https://support.google.com/workspacemigrate/answer/9222992 and make sure that the authorized Javascript origins are set correctly. To update Client Id: Right-click the Migrate tray icon -> Click "Edit Google settings" , and then "Edit" -> Paste the client ID in "New OAuth Client ID", Add your service account .json file again -> Click "Apply", "OK", and "Close". Use the Migrate tray icon to stop and then start the service. Refresh this page and try again

I configured http://localhost:5131 as the URI in "Authorized JavaScript Sources" as per the documentation and it still doesn't work:

I made sure that the client ID is correct and also the service account.

I don't know how I can solve this problem anymore.

Does anyone know of a way to resolve it?
