Problem with my new email

Hello,

I need some advice. In November I set up my domain on google workspace, for 10 days my email worked, but currently my email is not working and I can't receive emails. But my membership is active and paid. Thank you very much.

@Prochazka9 no one can help you without knowing the domain you registered with Google Workspace (this is a community forum, so you need to tell us everything)

@Prochazka9 Number one thing I would check is if your MX records for your domain name are correct.  But as Stephen mentions, without a little more information, we are just fellow admins and can't help you.  -KAM
