Provisioning a Group with no User

Hi, 

I just wanted to ask if will a group be automatically provisioned in Google even though it has no user in it? We are trying to provision groups via Azure AD to Google but the groups in Azure AD has no users yet. I just wanted to confirm if the groups will just be provisioned once it has accounts on it or even though it has no user in it is still should be provisioned without an error.

@soo--ceejeee  we can create groups without members in google workspace ...so i guess we can obviously automatically provision the groups without members also to google workspace from azure AD.
