In the Quarantine once we Denied any email then we can't allowed that same email this option is not available please help me that before that allow option available there
If your DMARC record is set to quarantine then messages that don't pass DMARC are delivered to recipients' spam folder. You can check it there and try to make it not as spam.

Agreeing with the OP. Previously, with the old way we were able to manage quarantined messages, we could deny a quarantined message (or maybe by accident) and we could then go in and process it. However, on the current process, once it is "denied" I have not found a way to set that to "allow" in the current user interface.
