I'm a workspace admin and I have a case where a former employee deleted several chats that have potentially valuable information contained in them. I have Vault retention for chats set to save everything indefinitely, but history for all of Chats was turned off on April 10th. If this employee deleted a chat that was made prior to April 10th, would I still be able to recover it?
In the Audit and Investigation Tool for chats, I can see that the user deleted these chats and I have the message ID for them- is there any way to recover them with this info?
