Refund for Google workspace

I subscribed to google workspace three years ago when I was doing an internship at school and forgot to cancel it. I just found this and canceled it. I barely used it for the past years but paid 35/month. Is it possible for me to get a refund for such a reason? It cost over 1k which is really a big money for me as a student.

I tried to contact support based on this post https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213?hl=en , but there is not Contact Support button. How could I contact a real agent?
