I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding my subscription to "Google Workspace Business Standard."

Unfortunately, I am unable to locate information on how to contact a representative directly, prompting me to detail my situation here. Regrettably, I inadvertently failed to cancel my subscription, resulting in an automatic charge of 40 โ‚ฌ after two months of non-utilization.

The payment in question was processed today, January 1, 2024, and I am reaching out to kindly request a refund for the charge, as it was unintentional and occurred due to my oversight.

I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and any guidance you can provide on the refund process. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to resolving this matter with your assistance.

You can request a refund if you cancel all your subscriptions, or if you have a credit balance.
