Regarding SPF/DKIM/DMARC Settings

My spf/dkim/dmarc settings seem to be wrong!! Please help me.. What should I do?
I've already added these records(referring to Google help), but it still says "Needs work".

1) How long has it been since you made the change? SPF/DKIM/DMARC changes often take at least 48-72 hours to propagate.

2) Try checking it with the Google-provided “Check MX” tool at https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/main/

3) Is https://support.google.com/a/answer/10583557 the instructions you’re using for the setup?
