Relationship cancelled

I am so close to changing providers. I cannot, for the life of me, get in touch with admin support.
Situation:
I setup a workspace, with my domain. I had some trial licenses, but I wanted to use a local reseller. I Paid for a years worth of licenses. But there was some issue and I couldn't get the licenses accepted. I later found out this is because I have trial licenses attached. So I cancelled the whole domain workspace, and waited till I could redo it.  I re-did it, setup the trial because apparently it was mandatory, then deleted the trial license, but then on the resellers page it shows relationship cancelled by a google rep.  so WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AND I CAN'T GET SUPPORT I KEEP GOING IN CIRCLES.

If you have a reseller, this sounds exactly like a problem your reseller, not you, needs to be solving. Iโ€™d be calling your reseller and making them take responsibility for fixing it.

Hi @PresplayOPS ,

I understand this is frustrating. Hereโ€™s a clear path forward:

  • When you cancel a Workspace domain, the system marks the reseller relationship as canceled โ€” even if you reactivate or set up a new account.

  • To fix this, your reseller needs to submit a new reseller transfer request for your domain. This is a formal process where you approve the reseller again through an email or admin console step.

  • Make sure the trial licenses are fully removed or expired before trying to apply paid licenses โ€” otherwise, the system blocks the activation.

  • If you keep hitting support dead ends, I recommend your reseller escalate the case directly through their Google partner support channel โ€” they have priority access you as a customer wonโ€™t.
