I recently helped a user to change their calendar share settings from everyone in the organization, to only people given specific sharing abilities.
To confirm that this worked, I made sure I was not one of the people designated as able to see the calendar. I followed the instructions for the removal, but I can still see that individuals calendar.
A) Is it possible this because I'm a Super Admin of the Workspace account, and none of the other users in the organization (who don't have specific permission) can no longer see the calendar? NOTE: I have refreshed the browser and done a hard reset so I'm not looking at a cached version.
B) Does it just take some time for google to update their settings and I should be patient? If it's this, any estimate on a timeline?
You are right, it is because you are a super admin.
most of the general settings bypass for you when you are super admin. when you do such testing use a dummy account for this purpose or ask another normal user to check if it is working as intended always
