Removing user emails from the directory whn the delete option is not available

When I load up the directory, I notice I have email accounts in there that I need to delete. The domain of accounts that should not be visiable and therefore deleted are buzz@example.com and woody@example.com. These have been added to the directory when I was testing a third party addon, which I will not be using (I cannot recall which one it was either). There is no option to delete these test subjects from the front end of the directory as the delete option is faded and cannot be selected. Other genuine accounts can be deleted if I wanted to.

How do I go about removing this test data, as I would like to grow and use the directory in the future.

Thanks, Richard

@nottsamadmin are these users are part of your organisation, is there accounts available for them in your admin console?

No, they are not available through the admin console. They appear as "ghost records". Surely this information is recorded in a table the Super admin can access?

@nottsamadmin  for a group issue i was using the below commands to delete a group from all users contacts and then hide it from the directory.

gam all users delete othercontacts emailmatchpattern abc@xyz.com

gam update group group@domain.com includeinglobaladdresslist false

gam all users delete contacts emailmatchpattern abc@xyz.com

I think maybe a similar version of it can be used to resolve your case.

So the recommendation here is to use GAM.
