Resource Insights for who books a resource

I want to communicate to our users specifically who books a resource. I plan to transition the resource to another but I want to communicate to those users specifically who have booked in the last 3 months or so.

I can't see this in insights, unless I am just missing it.

Is there a way to see who has booked a resource? Other than opening the calendar as admin and seeing everything which is not a secure or professional option in-case it's confidential.

If you have access to the security investigation tool then you can do a search in the calendar logs.  Get the calendar ID for the resources needed.  Set the condition to calendar ID and search.  It will list in the search results who the organizer of the meeting was.
