Restore backup data after subscription cancellation

I was closing commercial GSuite subscription and deleted all accounts except "admin", data from deleted accounts was backed up to admin account. 

Then I cancelled subscription to my GSuite plan. But right after that two users asked to restore some files from their Drive.  But I cannot access services anymore and cannot restore subscription -- it is now Workspace (and new plans are bought from external company in Russia).

Is there any way to restore admin account data or it was deleted after subscription stopped? (this all happened today).

No i don't think so.

You can try to open a ticket with Google to try it to recover, but is unlikely to get a positive response.
