Scheduling the user's suspension

I want to schedule the suspension of the user.

so that it get suspended automatically on scheduled date and time.

Have a gam adv xtd3 on cron job scheduled . That will do what you need.

You can extend the Google Directory with an End Date attribute and use a GAM script which can trigger when the date is true or exceeded. 

Alternatively, look at 3rd party products such as Patronum which can automatically suspend use based of any Google Directory Attribute, including an End Date.
