I create a unique date stamp as the serial number for any project I am working on. I embed that same number in each doc, spreadsheet and in the title of any outside doc I upload to Drive. I also add it to the title of the folder that contains the project resource or to the metadata note for that folder.
Here's an example: !2024-07-10-12-47.20
When i search Drive for that serial number, I get hits that do not contain the exact match.
Enclosing the number in quotes still doesn't return specific matches. " !2024-07-10-12-47.20"
How do I fix this?
(I use this unique serial number for project assets in other resources that accommodate search instead of google links. If you need more about the use case, just google this serial number to see how specific it is in web searches
