Dear Google
I Wanted to share my Experience and wanted to make google workspace Security setting more secured.
My Case:
a) I have one google Workspace Email ID.
b) We have 4 Android Mobile on Which we are using Same ID.
c) Out of this 4 Mobile, Only 1 User is the Admin & Resets are users.
d) In our Account 2 step verification is turned on
e) When we Sign on from External Devices, it asked all the four Devices including admin device for the Verification.
f) if any user by mistake unverified the Device, it will reject on External Devices & not Getting Access.
So here Google Has to allow One Mobile as Admin & rest are Users.
Reason for this
a) if any user by mistake unverified the Device, it will reject on External Devices & not Getting Access.
b) if User know the Password by mistake then He can get Admin Page Access & Something wrong happening can be possible.
thanking you.
@PrashantSavaj75 To be blunt, you are breaking quite a number of security concepts such as the Principle of Lease Privilege (POLP) which I don't think is reconcilable with your approach. I recommend you look into setting up accounts for each user with their own 2SV enrollment. Then look at things like Groups for a Collaborative Inbox https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/167430?hl=en or Delegation https://support.google.com/mail/answer/138350?hl=en HTH, KAM
