Service invoked too many times for one day

I am using Google Apps Script for sending mails but after sending 100 mails an error occurred "Service invoked too many times for one day" is there any solution for this please guide?

If you're on a google workspace account you'll be able to send 1,500 mails per day. Refer to this Quotas for Google Services to learn more.

i am using google workspace account , But while i run the code for test , it shows  Error

I have send 15 emails per day only using APP Script. How to resolve this Issue???

I have google workspace and have prepaid $200 and I am getting "Service invoked too many times for one day: email." after sending 100 emails with 'mail merge'.  1500/day is a lie.

[...]your account sending limits automatically increase when both of the following are true:

• Your domain has cumulatively paid at least USD 100 (or equivalent)
• At least 60 days have passed since reaching that payment threshold

It's been more than a year and still I cannot able to send more than 100 emails a day.
