Setting Up after approval not working

I am working for a nonprofit and am using my gmail account. I am an admin now, and we have been approved. I cannot log into the admin console with my gmail and I cannot add domain entries to my domain or log in so that I can finish the setup. I feel like I'm stuck in a chicken/egg problem that circles around each day like it's Groundhog's day.

Can someone please provide some guidance. I again cannot create any domain specific users, and I am an admin for the site....but only have a gmail account.

An admin for what? Google Workspace for Nonprofits?  If so what approval process did you go through?

Speaking from recent experience (Google please fix this chicken/egg scenario): Applying for Google Workspace for Nonprofits assumes you already have an active Google Workspace account using the domain you provided during the application process.

You can try to create one at workspace.google.com

It may tell you that the domain is already in use. If that’s the case, you’ll need to recover access to your account.
