Setting up Workspace (problems and documents accesibility)

Hi People my first post, and to begin I beg your pardon on my english. 

There´s been a few months that im an owner of a Google Workspace Account. 

I´m a personal brand that have chosen to have Google Services with my domain manuelbomheker.com. But there for has been really a pain to set up myaccount. Seems to be designed to be done by an IT person or team, very complex and there´s no offical content as a tuotrial to set up my workspace. 

Im an advanced user of Google Services and I can give a lot of feedback on these matters, but really it´s very hard to set up Workspace and sadly im thinking to leave the service.

Did you see Google Workspace Learning Center?

Maybe you have a sample of a specific problem you are facing?

I eco what @Alex_Ivanov has said and would like to add that now that you are a paying customer you can contact Google Workspace support and someone will help you directly with your issues. Just login to the admin console (admin.google.com) and click on the question mark in the upper left corner.
